Medical Leave

Update on my leave: I’ve been able to meet goals this week, getting consistent twenty minute cardio workouts everyday.

My leave is going to be four weeks.

I have broken the schedule down as:

  • First Week - concentrate on ramping up the workouts to twenty minutes per day
  • Second Week - concentrate on getting the workouts done in the mornings
  • Third Week - ramp up to thirty minutes per day
  • Fourth Week - make sure sleep schedule is normal, get workouts done before 8am

In the past, having regular workouts like this helped a lot.
